Praying for a seriously wounded ATF agent and a wounded U.S. Marshal—injured in separate incidents

Our Father in Heaven, it is again with deep hearts of gratitude that we thank you for protecting and sparing the life of a Deputy U.S. Marshal and an ATF agent wounded in separate incidents in different parts of the U.S. We, therefore, come boldly before Your Throne of Grace and ask that your healing power would continue to settle upon their physical body and restore them to complete health. As the ATF agent is in serious condition, we ask You to continue to place the correct medical specialists in his path and provide him with the best medical care to bring about a full healing. May your grace and mercies continue to be upon the heart, mind, soul and emotions of both peace officers as we know near death incidents like this can cause him to endure great emotional strain. May they intimately know Your peace that passes all comprehension gently settle upon their hearts and may they recognize they can go to You anytime because we know You are our refuge in time of need. May your mercies additionally extend to their co-workers and other law enforcement officers who were at those scenes who may have also been mentally and emotionally traumatized. May these wounded peace officers and any other law enforcement officer who may be having a difficult time dealing with this trauma know in their hearts that they can come before Your Throne of Grace any time and cast all of their burdens upon You because You intimately care for them. May You grant the investigators wisdom to investigate incidents in which suspects died. May Your word as follow comfort those in need, “Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.” May your love, grace and comfort settle upon the family of this wounded deputy marshal. May Your love, grace, peace, mercy and comfort settle upon them as You carry them through this very emotional time. May Your amazing grace be with all of the law enforcement officers who were at those scenes and may they sense the sweet presence of your Holy Spirit uplifting them by Your unfailing love. May your grace also touch the first responders and medical personnel who rendered care to all involved. We also lift up the families of both suspects and ask for Your grace to carry the family through this time of their loss. In all of this turmoil, Lord, we ask for Your goodness to be made evident to every peace officer, family member, co-worker and friend and may many be drawn to Your side. May the Love of Your son descend upon their hearts and minds and may those who do not know You, be given an opportunity to receive You in their hearts as their Savior and Lord. This we ask in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
