Our Merciful Lord, we come with grieving hearts as we mourn the loss of an policewoman in Israel murdered on-duty by radical Palestinians.  O’ Lord, we come boldly before Your Throne of Grace to lift up our brothers and sisters in law enforcement in Israel as they are constantly on the front line protecting and serving their community and nation.  We first want to lift up these wounded officers into Your Arms of Love as several have been seriously wounded.  May You continue to place the correct medical specialists in their paths to provide the best medical care to bring about a full and complete recovery.  We also seek Your love, grace, mercy and comfort upon the family of this murdered and wounded officers and sustain them with Your Holy Spirit.  May You wrap Your arms of love around them and bring them Your Peace that passes all understanding.  May Your grace and mercy touch the countless other law enforcement colleagues who have been emotionally and spiritually challenged at this tragic loss of a dear friend and co-worker.  O’ Lord, as we know the enemies of Israel are many, may they intimately know that there are countless Americans and others across the world who deeply love and support Israel—also deeply loved by God Almighty.  O’ Lord, we continue to pray for the peace of Jerusalem according to Your Word.  May Your protecting hand be upon every one of Your peacemakers and soldiers across Israel and encamp Your angels around them.  Lastly Lord, as these attacks and this loss have affected so many, may Your Holy Spirit bring peace to their hearts and spirits.  May You reveal the love of Your Son in the hearts of countless law enforcement officers and draw them ever so close to Your Side.  May many law enforcement officers and soldiers know Your word says, “That if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.  For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved. “   O’ Lord, continue to reveal the love of Your SON in the hearts of countless law enforcement officers and soldiers.  May You use other Christian officers and soldiers to share Your Love, in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
