O’ Lord,  as Your word says, “…in the last days there will be very difficult times…”, the men and women in law enforcement are witnesses of this firsthand.  So Lord, with heavy hearts, we come with boldness into Your Presence to seek Your amazing grace and mercy to settle upon the men and women of the Park County Sheriff’s Department as they mourn the loss of a fellow deputy.  First and foremost, we lift up the two other wounded deputies into Your Arms of Love and ask you to touch their wounds.  May You raise up countless doctors and medical staff members who will be able to diagnose and treat their wounds.  Lord, as we know this is a dark day for the Park County Sheriff’s Department, we ask You to surround every man and woman with Your supernatural presence and may they sense Your Grace carrying them through this very emotional time.  May every deputy involved in this incident be drawn ever so close to Your Side and be comforted by Your Holy Spirit.  As we know this has affected multiple families of these deputies, we ask You to pour out Your peace that passes all understanding to carry them through this extremely difficult time.  Uphold the families and deputy’s with grace upon grace.  As the Park County Sheriff’s Department must now endure the preparations to say farewell to their fallen comrade, we know all things work together for good.  Lord, we ask You to be their Refuge and their Strength an ever-present help in time of trouble.  May You uphold every deputy and may they be drawn to the love and peace of Your Son, Jesus, in whom there is everlasting strength, peace and comfort.  Sustain by Your Holy Spirit.  May You preserve the hearts and minds of every deputy and family member, in the name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.
