Our God of Mercy, Your word says, “Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.”  Lord, as we know the people of Israel have a very special place in Your heart, we seek Your amazing grace and healing power upon Your two peacemakers who were shot just a short time ago.  May You place the correct medical specialists in place to provide them with the best medical care.  May You reach into the bodies of these two wounded officers and stop the bleeding.  May Your Holy Spirit descend upon these officers and reveal to them Your amazing love and mercy in their hearts.  May You grant the Israeli’s continued protection from those who are bent on attacking them.  As we know many of the co-workers of these officers have also been deeply affected, may Your grace fill their hearts and minds.  May the love of Jesus flow over into their hearts and sustain them with Your amazing grace.  And if these soldiers do not know You personally, may You raise up Godly soldiers and others to share the love of Jesus with them.  May Your will be done.  As we know the families of these wounded peacemakers are rallying at their side, may they, too, intimately sense Your Presence and may they be drawn to the love of Jesus.  May they all know that now is the day of salvation.  May they know the eternal life in You, in the name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.
