Our Merciful Father, with deep hearts of gratitude, we are so very thankful and grateful to You, Lord, for sparing the lives of four more of Your Servants.  As we know Your word says the thief comes to steal, kill and destroy, we also know that every law enforcement officer across America has been assigned as Your Servants to serve the people in their communities. So Lord, we know that these attacks on peacemakers are actually attacks against everything that You’ve created.  We therefore continue to come boldly before Your Throne of Grace to lift up these four wounded officers. As we know Sgt. Dawkins has been treated and released from the hospital and are so thankful for sparing his life, we come into Your Presence to lift up these 3 wounded Chicago officers into Your Arms of Love and Grace.  As we do not know the extent of their wounds, we ask You to descend Your healing touch upon each of them.  May You place the correct medical specialists in their paths in order to treat their wounds and bring about a full and complete healing.  As we know this traumatic incident has affected the entire Chicago Police Department, may Your Holy Spirit settle in the hearts and souls of every officer and sustain them with Your mercy and grace.  May every officer be granted supernatural strength to carry them through this emotional time of uncertainty.  O’ God, even though we seek the leader of America to intervene to stop these attacks upon law enforcement officers across America, we know this is actually a spiritual attack for which only Your divine intervention can resolve.  So Lord, we ask You to fill law enforcement officers across America with Your hands of protection and give them wisdom.  May You be with the families of all of these officers and may they intimately sense Your presence, grace, love, peace, mercy and comfort.  May You draw everyone unto the love of Your Son.  May many officers come to receive You into their hearts to be their forgiver and leader.  May many know that your word says, Now is the day of salvation.  May every officer echo the same thoughts as King David did as follows, “They attacked me at a moment when I was in distress, but the LORD supported me. He led me to a place of safety; he rescued me because he delights in me.”  So Lord, continue to delight in every peacemaker Across America and the world, in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
