Our Father in Heaven, as attacks upon Your Peacemakers continue, we seek Your mercies and healing touch to be upon these Brussels police officers who were stabbed in an apparent terrorist attack.  As the news reports a third officer was also injured when he came to the aid of his colleagues, we lift each of these officers before Your Throne of Grace.  May You grant the medical doctors with wisdom and insight to continue to accurately diagnose their injuries and apply the correct treatment to bring about a full recovery.  As the news reports indicate the suspect was shot in the leg, we also seek Your Holy Spirit to touch this suspect and draw him ever so close to the Cross where there is grace and mercy.  May Your love, grace, peace, mercy and comfort especially touch the families of these injured officers and their co-workers.  May you raise up Godly Brussels officers and others to be a representative of Your Son to countless officers and others.  As we know many other Brussels officers are concerned and using caution to avoid being attacked, may your Holy Spirit speak to the hearts of these officers and any other officer in Europe as we know many are in harms way due to terrorist activities.  May You use these attacks to point many unto Your Son, Jesus, in whom they can have a personal relationship and receive everlasting life.  So Lord, may every Brussels officer know Your Word says, “The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles.” Psalms 34:17; and may they also know Your word says, “Be still, and know that I am God.” Psalms 46:10. So Lord, continue to pour out Your mercy and grace upon peacemakers across the world.  May officers everywhere know that whoever calls upon the name of the Lord will be saved, in the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
