Our Father in Heaven, with the recent deaths of four law enforcement officers, we come before Your Throne of Grace to thank You for sparing the life of this San Francisco Police Officer who was grazed with a bullet to the head.  As this officer is being treated, may You grant the doctors wisdom to treat his wounds and restore this officer to full health.  But as of this moment, there is a massive manhunt underway for this suspect who tried to murder one of Your peacemakers.  We therefore lift up every law enforcement officer involved in this search and seek Your Hands of Protection to be upon them and around them during this search.  May Your Holy Spirit speak to the heart of the suspect who is on the run.  May You cause him to surrender immediately.  May You cause his weapon to be ineffective and malfunction should he try to shoot anyone else.  May Your Holy Spirit confuse his mind and cause him to be fatigued.  May You raise up witnesses to report his location to law enforcement.  May Your love, grace, peace, mercy, and comfort touch every law enforcement officer involved in this search.  May Your Presence and Your Grace especially settle upon this wounded officer and this officer’s family as they love and support him/her at this very emotional time.    May You grant the investigators with supernatural insight at all times and surround every law enforcement officer with Your Angels.  May You work both naturally and supernaturally in the hearts of every officer.  May Your words ring true in the hearts of many, “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9  May You use this incident to draw many ever so close to Your Heart and may many come to know the amazing love and grace of Your Son, in the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
