Praying for the Greenland, (New Hampshire) Police Department

Lord Jesus,
Once again Lord, we come humbly before your Throne of Grace to lift up the Greenland Police Department in the tragic loss of their chief and injury to four of their officers. We ask your protecting hand to be upon the officers and agents at this fluid scene and keep any more officers from injury or harm. May you confound any plans of the suspects to harm any more officers and may this stand-off come to a quick close. We ask you Lord to especially be with this close knit department and community as they reel from this heart-wrenching loss. Especially be with the family members and may your everlasting peace become supernaturally evident to all involved. May the name of Jesus be exalted as the only one who can provide true peace to the officers and the families, in the name of Jesus, Amen.
