Our Loving Father, we come boldly before Your Throne of Grace to lift up Arapahoe County Sheriff's Deputy Dale Davis and Colorado State Patrol Corporal Ivan Alvardo who were seriously injured when they collided into each other.  As the news reports indicate both are being treated at hospitals, we seek Your Amazing grace to settle upon their entire body.  Even now, Lord, may You start the healing process on their bones, tendons, tissue, ligaments, organs, brain and most of all their hearts and minds.  Lord Jesus, we ask You to supernaturally fill the doctors treating both law enforcement officers with wisdom and great insight to be able to diagnose even the smallest injury and bring about a full healing.  As we know the men and women of the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Department and Colorado State Patrol have been so deeply affected by this near-tragedy, we ask for Your divine presence to comfort every member with the presence of Your Holy Spirit.  We also want to lift up the families of both of your injured peacemakers who are rallying at the sides of their loved ones.  May they each intimately sense Your Peace carrying them through this time of uncertainty.  O’ Lord, we ask for Your healing power to touch your servants and restore him to full health; nevertheless, we also know that Your ways are not Our ways.  And Lord, if Deputy Davis nor Corporal Alvardo do not know You personally, we ask for an opportunity to allow someone to share the love of Your Son with them and allow then an opportunity to gain eternal life.  We ask that You would raise up Godly officers and chaplains in order to minister to the family and friends of Your injured servants so that they may rest in Your Presence and grace.  May You be with the investigators and grant them wisdom to determine all of the facts surrounding this collision.  May anyone who is emotionally or spiritually struggling come to know that You said, “Come to me all who are weary and with heavy burdens and I will give You rest.”  Lord, grant an amazing peace to sweetly settle upon the family and friends of these injured peacemakers and may Your Holy Spirit ministers the hearts of many.  Most importantly, may many come to receive Your Son into their hearts and receive eternal life.  May Your will be done, in the name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.
