Our precious Lord, We earnestly lift up these two officers with the Ventura Police Department who were senselessly run over while performing their jobs.  Lord we are so thankful for sparing their lives.  We ask you Lord, to grant your continued healing power to be upon them and give the doctors wisdom to be able to effectively treat and completely restore them.  May you especially be with the more seriously injured officer and pour out your grace upon her to restore her to complete health.  May you be with the entire Ventura Police Department and especially the co-workers and emergency medical personnel who were on scene at the time of this incident.  May you touch their minds and hearts and spare them from any mental trauma often associated with these incidents.  Father, we also want to lift up the families and spouses of these injured officers and ask that your love, mercy, grace, peace and strength sustain them through this difficult time.  May the comfort of your Holy Spirit be upon the entire Ventura Police Department and their families and may you bring comfort and peace to all.  May the name of Jesus be glorified throughout the entire Ventura Police Department and may many come to personally know the love of Jesus. May they know they can always place their hope in You as You will always be at their side.  This we ask in the precious name of Jesus, Amen.
