Praying for two moderately injured California Highway Patrol officers from an on-duty collision

Our Father in Heaven, We seek your mercy and healing touch to be upon two California Highway Patrol officers injured in an on-duty collision. As the news reports their his injuries are considered moderate, we ask for Your grace and peace to be upon their physical bodies. May You continue to raise up the correct medical specialists who will be able to diagnose and treat their injuries and bring about a full recovery without restriction. May Your peace that passes all understanding touch the heart and mind of these officers and may Your Holy Spirit draw them close to Your side. We also lift the citizens in the other vehicle into Your Presence to seek Your healing touch upon them, too. May Your Presence be made ever so real to the men and women of the California Highway Patrol as they rally around their co-worker’s and their families at this very emotional time. May Your abundant grace and mercies especially touch the families of both officers and may they intimately know and sense Your Presence with them especially as we enter this holiday season. May they know it is You who will carry them through these uncertain times. Lord, we also ask for Your grace and wisdom to be bestowed upon investigators as they determine how the collision occurred. We pray for every law enforcement officer, firefighter, paramedics, and the many other first responders in the many states who drive emergency vehicles. May your hands of grace, mercy and protection be with them at all times and keep them safe from harm and danger. May you use this collision to draw not only these inured officers close to Your Side, but also many other co-workers and family members as well. May they know that you are the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords, the Light of the World, Our Living Water, our Bread of Life, our Messiah and our God. May many come to receive You in their hearts as Savior and Lord, in the name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.
