Our Father in Heaven, it is Your Amazing grace that we see in action upon Officer Nathan Stout as You spared his life. We are so thankful he was not wounded but only stunned by the bullets impact on his Sam Browne belt. O’ Lord, may You use this life-saving incident to encourage and raise up more and more prayer warriors to pray for peace officers across the United States and the world to always pray for Your peacemakers at all times. So Lord, we lift up Officer Stout into Your arms of love as he replays this life-changing scenario over and over in his mind as to how he could have lost his life had it not been for Your supernatural intervention because of countless prayer warriors. May Your Holy Spirit draw Officer Stout and many other Tucson officers ever so close to Your Side. May many law enforcement officers across America know and listen to the power of Your word and Your amazing protection for our children as follows: “Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” Isa. 41:10; “He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty.” Ps. 91:1; “The Lord will rescue me from every evil deed and bring me safely into his heavenly kingdom.” 2Ti. 4:18; “The fear of the LORD leads to life, and whoever has it rests satisfied; he will not be visited by harm.” Pr. 19:23. So Lord, speak to the hearts of countless law enforcement officers as a result of sparing the life of Officer Stout. May You draw him and many others unto the love of Your Son and may Your name be glorified as a result of this single incident, in the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
