Praying for the Bladen County (North Carolina)

Our Heavenly Father, We humbly come before you Lord as we lift up the Bladen County Sheriff's Department in the loss of their friend and co-worker, Deputy Charles Hester. Lord, we have recently seen too many law enforcements officers lose their lives in on-duty traffic accidents and ask that your mercy and grace would extend to every law enforcement officer and protect them as they travel the roads protecting and serving. Lord, we also ask that your grace, peace and mercy settle upon the families and the entire community and may the name of Jesus bring comfort to them at this difficult time. May you especially give wisdom, knowledge, discretion and grace to every law enforcement officer and their families as they all know the dangers they face daily in this difficult job. May the members of the entire Bladen County Sheriff's Department sense your sweet presence and comfort and may your love reign supreme, in the Name of Jesus, we pray, Amen.
