Our Precious Lord, during this Christmas season, it is with hearts of humility and thankfulness that we come before Your Throne of Grace to lift up the men and women of Law enforcement in all fifty states and across the world.  We are thankful for the law enforcement officers in every city, county, state, country, province, prefect, jurisdiction and nation because You have ordained their positions to help their citizenry.  May every law enforcement officer know that the name of the Lord is a Strong Tower and that the righteous run to it and are safe.  Be a contant Shield around them, Lord. May Your grace, peace, mercy, protection and wisdom be with every officer as they walk their beat, drive their patrol unit, solve disputes, chase suspects, save lives and investigate crimes.  Grant them wisdom and discernment to bring evildoers to justice and to protect the innocent.  May every law enforcement officer remember their training at all times and in all situations.  May they remember to utilize their tools at their disposal to do their jobs in an effective, safe and Godly manner.   May every law enforcement officer know that peacemakers who sow in peace raise a harvest of righteousness.  Grant them extraordinary courage in the face of danger so that they may never fear evildoers.    May their words be filled with grace and seasoned with wisdom and understanding.  May they know they have been ordained by You as agents of the Living God to bring evildoers to justice.   As these law enforcement officer performs their jobs may they never repay evil for evil but may they always be careful to do what is right at all times because blessed are the Peacemakers for they shall be called the sons of God.   Holy Spirit, encourage them to always be strong and courageous.  May they never be terrified nor discouraged for You will be with them wherever they go.   Remind every law enforcement officer that the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom which the Lord will freely bestow upon those who ask.    Rescue every law enforcement officer from every evil attack and may every officer be drawn unto Your side where there is endless mercy and grace.    Continue to strengthen and protect every officer from the Evil One.  And when a law enforcement officer has to cross into the valley of the shadow of death, may they fear no evil for You will be with them as your rod and staff will comfort them.  May Your grace, mercy, peace, comfort and endless love touch the families of every law enforcement officer across the U.S. and the world.  Grant every spouse, child, parent, brother, sister, friend, and coworker an extra measure of Your grace to support these law enforcement officers on-duty and off-duty.  As law enforcement officers are exposed to so many evil influences while on-duty, protect their heart, mind and spirit at all times.  Protect every officer from any short-term or long-term emotional trauma due to the many traumatic or life-threatening events to which they may be exposed.  And as these law enforcement officers will come to rescue so many hurting people, may those who do not know You personally, come to intimately know that You have already rescued them from the dominion of darkness because of what Your Son did on the Cross.  Lastly Lord, as there are many law enforcement officers who are in broken relationships, we ask for Your Holy Spirit to touch the hearts and minds of spouses, children, family and friends and bring healing. Especially restore broken marriages. May many come to know Your Son, Jesus, the Hope of Glory, as their personal Savior and Lord.  Lord, raise up many Christian cops and grant them courage to share Your love to their co-workers.  May those who do not know You personally realize that the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life in Jesus Christ.  May YOUR love be the real reason this Christmas season unto every law enforcement officer in the U.S. and across the world.  For it is in the name of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, Jesus Christ, we ask, Amen.
