Praying for a seriously wounded Michigan State Trooper

Our Father in Heaven, we come in deep earnest before You Lord to lift up a seriously wounded Michigan State Trooper. O’ Lord, because You are the King of kings, our Mighty God, our Everlasting Father and our Prince of Peace, we come into Your Presence to lift up this wounded trooper before and upon Your Throne of Grace. We ask for Your grace to be poured out upon him as he has already undergone surgery. May You grant every doctor and medical professional supernatural wisdom in order to use every bit of their medical training to continue to treat this trooper and spare his life. May Your grace surround the men and women of the Michigan State Police and draw them all so close together in the bonds of love. May Your peace and mercies also be with the countless law enforcement officers involved in this incident. O’ Lord, may You constantly be a Shield and protect every law enforcement officer across the U.S. and the world. Grant the investigators wisdom to gather all of the facts and evidence and we are thankful the suspects have been arrested. May Your everlasting comfort and grace descend on this wounded trooper’s heart, mind and soul. May You supernaturally reveal to him Your Presence and Your grace in his mind and spirit. O’ Lord, may Your amazing grace and Your supernatural presence to made ever so real to the family and close friends of this wounded trooper as they are at his side supporting him at this very difficult time. May every member of the Michigan State Police be drawn ever so close to Your side. May they realize they can lean on You for strength. May You raise up chaplains and other Godly troopers and friends to share the love and peace of Your Son for we know only Jesus can provide them with a peace that passes all understanding. Once again Lord, we seek Your healing touch upon this trooper. May You use this near-tragedy to bring many together in the bonds of love and may they intimately know You will always be their Refuge and Strength. Finally Lord, comfort many with your words as follows, “in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.“ Lord, may You use this attack on this trooper to restore respect and dignity once and for all upon law enforcement officers across America. Most importantly Lord, may many troopers and family members come to know the forgiveness and eternal life found only in Your Son, in the name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.
