Praying for two wounded deputies with the Spokane County (Washington) Sheriff’s Department

Lord Jesus, We come again before the Throne of Grace to thank you for saving the lives of Deputy Matt Spink and Mike Northway who were injured in this shooting. We ask you to continue to be with the deputies and give the medical staff wisdom in order to restore them to complete health. We also ask you to bestow upon the family members your grace, peace and mercies as they, too, are affected just as much as the deputies--emotionally and spiritually. May you wrap these injured deputies in your loving arms and if they do not know you personally, may you send someone to tell them about your endless love for them. May you also grant a peace that passes all understanding to their co-workers who were similary traumatized through this incident. We also pray for the family of the suspect who took his life that your love will similarly sustain them. May many come to know your love, grace, peace and mercy, in the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
