Praying for the Denver (Colorado) Police Department in the on-duty murder of officer Celena Hollis

Lord Jesus, we lift up the entire Denver Police Department as they investigate the death of Officer Celena Hollis. We pray that you will provide comfort, peace, grace and mercy to every member of the department and especially to the family members during this time of grief and loss. We ask you to give the investigators wisdom as they investigate this heinous crime and that the suspects responsible for this will be apprehended. Lord Jesus, I want to lift up every law enforcement officer in America and across the world that Your protecting hand would be upon them in every aspect of their jobs and assignments. May you wrap Your loving arms around every officer and grant them courage, grace, mercy and wisdom to do their jobs as law enforcement officers which we know was designed by You. Lastly, continue to touch every officer with the Denver Police Department and may many come to personally know the unending Love of Jesus Christ. In the name of Jesus, we pray, Amen.
