Our Loving Father, Once again, we are extremely thankful that you have spared the lives of five more of Your servants of righteousness across North America who have taken an oath to protect and serve their communities.  Whether it’s patrolling the streets and highways or even in a courthouse, we are so thankful you’re your grace and mercy were upon these servants.  Our gracious Lord, we ask You to grant endless mercies and love to these law enforcement officers who daily and unselfishly place their lives in harms way to protect and serve.  May these officers recognize that You will always be their Refuge and Strength and that You are with them always.  Grant the medical professionals wisdom and insight to effective treat and heal their injuries.  May You especially touch their hearts and minds as they must deal with the emotional trauma of these incidents for the rest of their lives.  May they know they call upon You who is worthy to be praised.  May Your mercies and grace touch the countless co-workers, friends and family members who have been emotionally touched by these life altering events.  Lord, we continue to lift up every law enforcement officer in North America and the world.  May every officer do justly and especially walk humbly with You, Lord.  May Your grace touch every officer to intimately know they can always place their trust in You alone.  And if any officer does not know You personally, may they be drawn to Your side where they can find eternal life in Your Son.  In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
