Our Father in Heaven, It is You we need Lord.  It is Your intervening grace and touch that we ask to descend upon this critically injured San Bernardino officer.  Lord, we ask You to give the medical doctors supernatural  wisdom in order to be able to properly diagnose treat and heal this officer and restore him to full health.  May Your abundant mercies be upon the men and women of the San Bernardino Police Department as they rally around their co-worker and family at this very difficult time.  O Lord Your word says to, “Fear not, for I am with you.  Do not be dismayed, I am Your God.  I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my victorious right hand.”  Lord, may every officer, family member and friend be drawn ever so close to Your side to seek Your mercy and comfort.  May You grant the investigators wisdom and insight to piece together this incident.  May your peace especially be with the young trainee who had to use deadly force and uphold him with Your arms of love.  Continue to pour out Your healing power upon this wounded officer and grant strength and grace to the entire family of San Bernardino officers.  Lord, we lift up every officer and family member as we draw unto You for mercy upon mercies.  May we remember that, “Blessed are the peacemakers for they shall be called the sons of God”, in the name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.
