Our Father in Heaven, We are thankful for Your grace and mercies upon these three peacemakers across North America whose lives were spared.  Every day Lord, law enforcement officers are attacked, struck, shot, injured and exposed to countless types of traumatic incidents.  And with these three North American law enforcement officers, we lift them before Your Throne of Grace as they are recovering from their injuries.  First, Lord, we are thankful Sgt. Williams was wearing his Kevlar vest which saved his life.  We are also grateful to You for sparing the lives of a RCMP Police Officer and a San Bernardino Police Officer.  May Your amazing grace touch the hearts of each of your wounded officers and fill them with Your love and peace.  May Your wisdom be upon the medical doctors as each of these officers recover from their injuries. As we know traumatic incidents like these can cause short term and long term emotional and spiritual trauma, we ask Your Holy Spirit to settle upon the hearts and minds of these officers and may they know they can call upon You any time and receive Your peace.  May Your awesome power, grace, peace and comfort extend to the many co-workers of these wounded/injured officers and fill them with Your presence and grace.  We especially lift up the family members of these officers as we know they can be traumatized just as much as these officers.  And if these officers have children, may Your presence comfort them in their hearts and spirits.  May they know that “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called sons of God.”  And as we know California Proposition 47 which recently passed by voters will place law enforcement officers in even greater danger (and expose the public to more lawlessness) we therefore come into Your Presence and ask you to protect every California law enforcement officer wherever they are.  May you also protect law abiding citizens from all harm and danger.  May You continue to raise up a Godly government and restore America to its greatness by returning to Godly morals and values.  Continue to heal these wounded/injured officers and as we begin another week, protect every law enforcement officer in North America.  May they always use good tactics, remember their training and may You fill them with Godly wisdom.  And if any law enforcement is uncertain as to what would happen to them should they die, may You reveal to them the love of Your Son in whom there is everlasting life. This we ask in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
