Our Wonderful God, We are so thankful that you created the job of a peacemaker.   We therefore come with boldness, humility and sincerity before Your Throne of Grace as we lift up nearly one million law enforcement officers Across the Continental U.S. who are protecting and serving their community with honor, respect, dignity, courage and integrity.  We also lift up the hundreds of thousands of correctional officers, jailers, agents, reserves, volunteers, dispatchers, cadets and support staff and seek Your mercies upon them, too.  O’ Lord, during this season of love and joy, we know there is a spiritual enemy who wants to kill, steal and destroy anything that You love—especially Your Peacemakers.  So Lord, we acknowledge that every law enforcement officer in America needs Your Hands of Protection upon them.  May You grant every law enforcement officer wisdom, prudence, discretion and insight into every aspect of their job.  May You dispatch Your Angels according to Your Will to keep them safe at all times.  And whenever any of your peacemakers may come under attack or are in difficult or life-threatening situations, may You supernaturally protect them from all harm, danger, evil—especially upon their hearts and minds.    May Your Holy Spirit speak to the hearts of every law enforcement officer across America that they may intimately sense Your mercy, Your grace, Your peace, Your forgiveness and most of all Your loving kindness.  May the communities across America experiencing unrest caused by a root of bitterness, anger, hatred or rebellion, be filled with Your Amazing Presence.  May Your Holy Spirit enter into the hearts of many and bring calm and peace.  O’ Lord, may Your mercies touch the heart of every law enforcement officer in America.  May You strengthen the spirits of Your servant-peacemakers.  May You use these servants as instruments of love toward their co-workers where many will see the love of Your Son in action.  May Your mercy, grace, peace and comfort touch the countless law enforcement families across America.  And if there are husbands, wives,  children or parents within law enforcement families struggling emotionally, physically or spiritually, may Your Amazing Grace touch their heart and draw them unto Your Son.  May this Christmas season be one of peace and joy and may every law enforcement officer across America who does not know Your Son personally, be introduced to His Love.  May many hear the good news and be given a chance to invite Him into their heart and receive eternal life, in the name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.
