Our Gracious Lord we come before the throne of grace to lift up Sgt. Kerstan Tatro who was injured when he was struck by a fleeing vehicle.  We are so thankful that you spared his life Lord and ask you to give the doctors wisdom and insight to properly treat and diagnose his injuries and restore him to full health. May your grace, mercy and peace settle upon his heart and mind and sustain him with your loving arms. And as he is being treated at a local hospital, we also ask for your mercy, comfort, presence and grace to descend upon him and his family and sustain them with loving kindness.  We are so thankful, Lord, that the woman who ran over Sgt. Tatro has been captured. May Your grace, mercy, peace and comfort also touch the men and women of the Gulf Breeze Police Department as they come to grips with the near loss of a co-worker as they support him at this very emotional time. May you use this life threatening experience to draw Sgt. Tatro, his family and the entire Gulf Breeze Police Department ever so close to your heart, Lord. May You raise up Godly officers and chaplains to share the Love and mercy of Your Son and may they know that your word says now is the acceptable time; now is the day of salvation.  May You use this near death experience to touch the hearts of many officers and point them back to the cross, in the name of Jesus Christ we pray, amen.
