Our Father in Heaven, May your grace, mercy and peace rest upon the entire Prince George’s County Police Department as they mourn the loss of Officer Brennan Rabain.  As we know the pain in losing a dear friend and co-worker is so great, may Your amazing grace and presence bring them solace and peace.  Lord, because you are the God of all comfort, we ask you to especially be with the family of Officer Rabain and sustain them with your mighty arms of love and peace as he left behind a wife and small child.  As the facts surrounding this incident are vague, we ask You to grant the investigators wisdom to be able to determine the cause of this collision.   In everything, may the name of Jesus be lifted up.  And as the men and women of the Prince George’s County Police Department must now prepare a final farewell to Officer Rabain, may You use this as an opportunity  to draw many officers, family members and others to Your side.  May they intimately know that You said, Peace I leave You, My peace I give You.   May many receive Jesus into their hearts as their savior and Lord for your word says that if any man be in Christ he is a new creation—this we ask in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
