Our Father in Heaven, Unto You Lord, we give You thanks and praise for sparing the lives of two more of Your peacemaker-servants. We therefore come boldly before Your Throne of Grace as we lift Officer Brian Moore into Your healing arms. As the medical professionals do not know the extent of his injuries, we ask You to supernaturally touch Officer Moore’s wound and begin the healing process. May You guide the hands of the doctors and give the specialists wisdom and insight to be able to accurately diagnose and treat his wound applying the correct treatment. May Your mercies and peace reach out to the other officer who was present when this near-death encounter occurred and sustain him with Your presence and Your peace. May Your grace touch the many co-workers of Officer Moore who have been emotionally touched by this near tragedy. We next want to lift up an Oak Park Officer who was just leaving his home to go to work when he was shot by two assailants. Based on this incident, it appears to have been a direct attack on Your servant. We lift this wounded officer unto Your healing arms and ask You to guide the doctors hands to render the right treatment and allow for a full recovery. May You grant the investigators in New York and in Illinois with supernatural wisdom and insight to be able to properly investigate these attacks and may justice prevail. We ask for Your peace to especially settle upon the families of both of these officers and may they all be drawn ever close to your Side and sense Your grace, love, peace and mercy. O’ Lord, these attacks on Your servants must stop. May You raise up Godly leaders and politicians to take a bold stand against anyone who attacks Your peacemakers. May You continue to be a shield around every law enforcement officer and may many officers come to receive You as their Savior and Lord. May every officer have the assurance of eternal life found only in Your Son, Jesus. May You continue to raise up Godly leaders within every law enforcement agency to continue to be Your Servants of Righteousness. May You protect the hearts and minds of the many officers involved in these incidents from enduring the effects of emotional trauma. May Your Love reign supreme, in the name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.
