O’ Lord, the law enforcement community across America needs Your supernatural intervention to locate and stop these attackers who assaulted and injured one of Your peacemakers.  We therefore come before Your Throne of Grace to lift up a Hancock Deputy who was attacked and cut by three men while on a traffic stop.  Lord, we are so thankful he was able to get the help of his K-9 partner as it could have been much more serious.  We are thankful this deputy has been treated and released from a hospital and ask You to pour out Your grace upon his heart and spirit as he comes to grips with this near-near encounter.  May Your grace and mercies also settle upon the family of this deputy who had this near-death encounter.  May Your grace additionally touch the men and women of the Hancock County Sheriff’s Department and neighboring law enforcement communities as they come together to search for these suspects.  Lord, we especially ask for Your wisdom to be poured out upon the investigators as they are searching for these three suspects.  May You raise up witnesses, family members or friends to report the location of these suspects and may they be swiftly apprehended.  May You additionally cause the minds of these suspects to be confused and may they have continual sleepless nights.  May You grant the investigators your wisdom to locate these suspects to prevent any other law enforcement officer from being injured.    So Lord, may your Holy Spirit comfort this injured deputy.  May he be drawn to Your Side where he may know “Thou O’ Lord art a shield about us…”  May this deputy come to know Your amazing grace and peace that passes all understanding.  In the name of Jesus I Pray, Amen.
