O’ Lord, enough! No more! We need Your divine intervention Lord!  Our Gracious Lord, we come in great earnest before Your Throne of Grace as we lift up the New Orleans Housing Authority in this horrific on-duty murder of a police officer while seated in his cruiser.  We seek Your grace and mercy upon the men and women of the New Orleans Housing Authority Police Department as they grieve this tragic loss.  As the New Orleans Police Department is conducting the investigation, may You instill Your wisdom and insight into their hearts and minds to be able to track down leads that will guide them to this heinous killer of one of Your peacemakers.  Lord, these senseless attacks on Your servants have been perpetuated by those at the highest level in government and must stop.  So Lord, we ask You to use these attacks to raise up prayer warriors across America and the world to pray for their protectors.  Lord, we especially lift up the family of this murdered officer as we know they are just now coming to the realization of this tragic loss.  Lord, we ask you to raise up witnesses, informants and others who can provide information to lead to the arrest of the suspect(s) responsible for this murder.  May Your grace intimately sustain the hearts and minds of every law enforcement officer in Louisiana as they come to grips with this murder.  May You allow this suspect to be captured.  May you also cause the mind and heart of this suspect to be filled with guilt and may he have sleepless nights.  May he be so miserable that he will surrender.  May You use this tragedy to draw all men into Your Presence and Your Shadow.  May many receive You as their savior and Lord, in the name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.
