Our Gracious Father, The dangers of those in law enforcement once again have come to the forefront as we come before Your Throne of Grace to lift up a wounded Beaufort County Deputy who was shot during a search warrant.  We are so thankful that You spared his life and allowed him to go home to his family.  Lord, we thank You that You are Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, everlasting Father and the Prince of Peace—and because of that we come in boldness to ask for Your mercies, grace, peace and healing power to be upon this deputy.  We also want to lift up two NYPD officers who were struck by a car.  As the news reports indicates all three of these Peacemakers have been treated and released from the hospital, we ask that You would continue to touch and continue to heal their injuries and bring a full recovery to them.  We are thankful the shooter has been arrested for the attack on the Beaufort Deputy.  We ask You to give the NYPD investigators wisdom to be able to track down and arrest those charged with trying to kill Your servants. May You be a SHIELD around all law enforcement officers and prevent any other person across the United States and abroad from trying to intentionally hit any other law enforcement officers with their vehicles.  May Your amazing grace extend to the many other law enforcement officers who were present during these incidents and draw them ever so close to Your Side.  May Your power, grace, love and peace be made ever so real to these three peacemakers and may they be drawn to the Love of Your Son in whom there is everlasting life.  If any of these law enforcement officers or their co-workers do not know You personally, may You use these life-threatening situations to draw them unto Your Side to know that, "Now is the acceptable time—that Now is the day of salvation."  May Your abundant mercies extend to the many families, spouses, friend and co-workers who were emotionally challenged and traumatized by these near death experiences.  May YOUR Love and Your peace that passes all understanding be made alive in their hearts by Your Holy Spirit.   May You use this as an opportunity to draw many law enforcement officers unto Your Side where there is everlasting life.  May Your grace also be poured out upon the many first responders who assisted in rendering aid to Your Peacemakers.  This we ask in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
