Praying for a seriously injured Jacksonville (Florida) Police officer

Our Father in Heaven, we need Your supernatural intervention and healing power to be upon a seriously injured Jacksonville Police officer who was intentionally struck by a vehicle. O’ Lord, we lift up this officer into Your Presence and ask You to hold him tightly in Your arms of mercy. May Your Healing Power be infuse into his physical body and restore him according to Your riches and glory and according to your divine will. If this officer does not know Your gift of Salvation in Christ, May You allow this officer to hear the gospel and commit his life unto You to gain eternal life. May Your amazing grace, peace, mercy and comfort settle upon this injured officer and draw him and his family so very close to Your heart. May You also comfort the many colleagues who were present when this attack occurred as we know those images will forever remain in their hearts and minds. May Your touch them with the Master’s Hand and may they intimately sense Your kindness and compassion carrying them through this difficult time of uncertainty. Lord, as we know Your ways and Your thoughts are far beyond our thoughts, we know that You are in control and know everything. So Lord, we ask You to grant the doctors with supernatural wisdom, insight, and understanding to properly diagnose and render the correct treatment for this injured officer and allow for a full recovery. May Your presence extend to the men and women of the Jacksonville Police Department and may they know they can always call upon You and cast their burdens upon You because You love and care for them. May they know as they wait upon You—that You will renew their strength. May they come to know it is not by might, nor by power but by Your Spirit—in all things. May many officers and others come to know You and receive You as their savior and Lord, in the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
