Praying for a wounded Camden (NJ) Police detective and an assaulted Lexington (KY) Police officer

Our Father in Heaven, law enforcement officers across America need Your immediate divine intervention, O’ Lord, as evidenced by two more attacks on Your servants of righteousness who were protecting and serving their communities. We first want to thank You for sparing the lives of both of these officers in different parts of the U.S. May Your mercies and healing power be upon the Camden officer as he is recovering from a gunshot wound to his arm. May You continue to touch and heal his injury. And if this injured officer does not have a personal relationship with You, may You use other officers and chaplains to point this officer unto Your love and eternal life found in Your Son. May You grant the law enforcement community supernatural wisdom to locate the suspect, 21 year old Victor Bennett, and may he be taken into custody. We next lift up a Lexington Police Officer who was assaulted in which someone tried to take his weapon. We are so grateful the officer was not seriously hurt. As the news reports indicate the suspect escaped, the law enforcement officers apparently have identified him. May You also grant the law enforcement community in Kentucky with wisdom to safely locate and apprehend this dangerous suspect. As the violence may continue to rise this week-end, Lord, surround every law enforcement officer with Your angelic protection. May You be a shield, a fortress and a hiding place for every law enforcement officer. Continue to pour out Your Spirit upon the hearts and minds of those officers who do not know you. May You encourage those who’ve strayed from and You and strengthen those with Power who are serving You wholeheartedly. Be our divine Protector, in the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
