May Your amazing grace be with all of the officers who were at that scene and may they sense the sweet presence of your Holy Spirit uplifting them by Your unfailing love. We also lift up the family of this suspects and ask for Your grace to carry that family through this time of their loss. May Your word as follow bring comfort to those in need, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” In all of this turmoil, Lord, we ask for Your goodness to be made evident to every officer, family member, co-worker and friend and may many be drawn to Your side. May the Love of Your Son, Jesus, descend upon their hearts and minds and may those who do not know You, be given an opportunity to receive You in their hearts as their Savior and Lord. May Your Holy Spirit be ever so close to Your wounded servant, this we ask in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
