Praying for two injured California Highway Patrol Officers struck by a vehicle, one in serious condition

Our Father in Heaven, we, again, come boldly into Your presence seeking Your mercies and grace for two California Highway Patrol Officers struck by a vehicle. As the news reports one officer has been treated and released, we seek Your healing power upon the other officer who sustained major injuries. We therefore ask You to continue to intervene O’ Lord and guide the doctors and entire medical staff and grant them extraordinary wisdom and insight to properly and effectively treat this officer’s injuries and restore him to full health. May You grant the doctors wisdom and insight to identify any injuries and apply the correct treat to bring about a full recovery. May this officer intimately know Your grace, peace, mercy, love and comfort even as he is sedated and/or in great pain. As their families is at his side supporting them at this very emotional time, may You grant them Your peace that passes all understanding as You carry them through these deep waters. As we also know many other CHP officers and other family members are rallying to support these injured officers, may they know that they can take solace that You, Lord, are in control. May These injured officers be strong and take heart—may they forever place their Hope and Trust in You. O’ Lord, may You make Your presence supernaturally known to both injured officers and may they know You will never leave them nor forsake them. And as this collision is under investigation, may You grant the investigators wisdom to piece together all of the facts. May Your Presence, amazing grace and Your angels encamp around these injured peacemakers and sustain them with Your everlasting love. May Your Face shine upon every California Highway Patrol officer and family member. By Your grace, may they be strong and take heart—may they forever place their hope and trust in You as You carry them through this difficult time. May Your word as follows bring comfort to many, “Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the LORD your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.” Finally, may you raise up godly officers, chaplains and others to support these injured officers and family members. May many be drawn to Your Son in whom there is everlasting life. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.
