Praying for five Chicago (IL) Police Officers struck by a vehicle; a critically injured Omaha (NB) Police Officer from an on-duty collision; and five wounded/injured Cleveland (OH) Police Officers

O’ God, we need Your divine intervention right now, Lord, for eleven police officers in three states wounded/injured in the line of duty. As all are being or have already been treated at a hospital in which the Omaha officer and several others have likely already undergone surgery, we come with great boldness before Your Throne of Grace to seek Your healing power to be upon these officers. May You bring in the needed medical specialists who will be able to continue to diagnose and treat their injuries and restore them to full health. Lord, we ask for Your Holy Spirit to speak to the hearts and souls of these eleven officers. May they know You love them and if these officers do not know You, may they receive You as their Savior and Lord. As we know multiple family members are at the hospital, may Your mercy and grace sustain them by Your Holy Spirit and draw them ever so close to Your Side as You carry the, through this time of uncertainty. May Your healing power touch Your peacemakers. O’ God, spare their lives. May You grant the investigators wisdom to piece together the facts surrounding these horrific attacks and incidents on Your servants. As this has affected the men and women of the Chicago, Omaha and Cleveland Police Departments ever so hard, may You hold every officers in Your Arms and sustain them with Your Amazing Grace and peace as You carry them through this very emotional time. O’ God, as countless law enforcement officers were involved on those incidents, may You continue to protect every officer with Your Shield and Your Power. Be a Rock and Fortress to them! Continue to provide the best treatment for these officers and spare their lives, O’ God. May Your words bring comfort to the hearts of many, “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.” ; “Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” ; and, “Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.” May Your Holy Spirit comfort every police officer and their families, in the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
