Praying for three wounded Philadelphia (PA) Police Officers, two in serious condition

Our Father in Heaven, we come boldly into Your Presence to seek your supernatural touch upon for three wounded Philadelphia Police Officers, of which two who seriously wounded. As the news reports they were shot in the face, leg and hip, we ask You to provide the medical doctors treating them right now with wisdom from On-High. May they accurately assess their wounds and apply the appropriate treatment to spare their lives. As they are being treated at the hospital, may Your Holy Spirit gently settle on their heart, mind and soul and reveal to them how much You love them. O’ Lord, we also thank You for sparing the lives of these two servant-peacemakers. May Your mercies, grace and comfort touch them and draw them ever so close to Your Side. As the family of these officers is at their side, may You pour out an unending measure of Your love, grace, peace, mercy, comfort and most of all Your sweet presence to carry them through this difficult time. May Your words as follows speak deeply in the hearts of those in need, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” We are thankfulthe suspect is no longer a threat. We especially lift up the men and women of the entire Philadelphia Police Department as we know this has deeply affected them. May Your Holy Spirit touch every heart and draw them ever so close to Your Side to be comforted by Your sweet Presence. And as this has likely emotionally affected the other officers from this near-death encounter, may they be comforted by a special touch of Your Hand upon their heart and mind right now. Continue to touch and heal your seriously wounded peacemakers and restore them to full health. May Your words continue to bring comfort to many as follows: “When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears and delivers them out of all their troubles. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.” In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
